Martin Robert Hall works with leaders and organisations to strengthen leadership, performance and culture.For more than 17 years he has explored what separates high-performing individuals, teams and organisations from the rest, drawing on experience from both business and elite sport.Originally from a sports science background, Martin was fascinated by the science behind how people think, behave and perform under pressure, and the impact an environment has on people. Moving into the world of business he recognised that the same principles that drive performance in elite sport – leadership, mindset, standards and culture – are equally powerful inside organisations.Today Martin works with leadership teams and organisations to help them think clearly, raise standards and create environments where people perform at their best. His work focuses on the leadership behaviours, cultural habits and performance principles that allow teams and organisations to build sustained momentum.Alongside his advisory work Martin is a keynote speaker and author, sharing insights on leadership, mindset and high performance with audiences in business and elite sport.
