Michelle Stuart is a Master NLP Coach, Hypnotherapist, and Embodied Leadership coach who helps leaders reclaim clarity, courage, and emotional steadiness under pressure.Born in Zimbabwe and raised across Southern Africa, Michelle became the first in her family to immigrate to Canada. It was through this first, major shift that her lifelong commitment to empowerment and community advocacy was born.A former Director of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion at Birthmark Doula Support, Michelle blends equity-based leadership, nervous‑system regulation, and identity work to help leaders create meaningful impact without burnout.She is the creator of Radical Empowerment, a movement rooted in mutual uplift: supporting others while allowing ourselves to be supported.Michelle lives in Calgary with her adventurous puppy, Wolfred, and spends her days guiding leaders into the clarity and courage required to transform their lives — and the communities they influence.
