Reorganization of the Group\'s scope, mergers, demergers, transfers of shareholdings, and corporate support for strategic and M&A operations in the various countries - Preparation of the meetings of the Board of Directors, its four committees and the General Meetings of the parent company Atos SE listed on Euronext Paris - Legal follow-up of the share capital, the Long Term Incentive (LTI) plans and the employee share ownership plans - Contributing to the drafting of the Reference Document for the Governance, Capital and Remuneration sections - Providing legal expertise in financing matters to the Treasury team and subsidiaries, and advising on the negotiation of parent company guarantees with third parties (first demand, letters of comfort, surety.)- Participation in the legal function\'s digitalization projects - Follow-up of regulations in the field of stock exchange, company and financial law.
