Through training, awareness, partnerships, and continually learning and growing, I am an effective business partner that shows results. Results are not only low shrink and safer stores; they are store associates that are fully on board with programs and policies. They are corporate and field business partners that respect and value my opinions and suggestions. They are customers having an amazing shopping experience due to a perfect flow of customer service equaling theft deterrence. I am a lifetime learner open to change and new ideas. I am an excellent trainer and have implemented many new programs. I am adaptable and have high self management skills. I highly value being efficient and timely. I assisted with development of content for the LPC training materials. I value continual learning and have passed the certifications for Loss Prevention Certified (LPC), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Forensic Interviewer (CFI), Wicklander Basic and Advanced Interview and Interrogation courses and advanced courses. I am Vice Chair of the Southeast Chapter of the International Association of Interviewers (IAI,) and was previously on the Board and the Membership Director of the New Orleans Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).

   I manage a team of Area Asset Protection Managers who each cover 2-3 districts in the Southeast with a focus on safety and security of employees and customers, with a goal to increase profit. My team and I collaborate with store teams, district, regional, and corporate business partners to effectively reduce shrink and safety issues through training, audits, inventory accuracy, investigations, and compliance. We partner with the stores, district, regional and company teams to keep the stores safe and profitable. Through training and partnerships we support the stores with investigations, shrink concerns, safety issues, total retail loss, and constant process improvement. I develop programs around shrink/safety/total retail loss initiatives with the aim of being an efficient process that gets the support of the teams.
