I continuously notice that the strongest partnerships in biotech aren\'t necessarily the best designed upfront - they\'re the ones that rely on a solid vision to maintain momentum when conditions change. This observation shapes how I approach strategic relationships across the industry. As Strategic Operations Lead and Executive Leadership Team member at Brenus Pharma, I work on corporate strategy while directing business development, funding, and strategic partnerships. My focus is straightforward: building relationships that get stronger when challenges arise. My experience spans from managing public-private partnerships at Sanofi to securing funding and pharma collaborations at Brenus. What I\'ve learned is that whether you\'re working with investors, research partners, or commercial allies, the same fundamentals matter: aligning on where you\'re going together, and ensuring team engagement as conditions evolve.
