Service Delivery Manager @Version 1

I currently hold the role of Senior Service Delivery and people Manager at Version 1. This role draws on all my capabilities and strengths, ranging from customer relationships, people management and development, to 3rd party vendor management as well as P&L ownership and cost modelling. My role is multifaceted, complex and requires a great deal of discipline as well as excellent time management. Providing my Customers with a seamless, stable service, as well as managing SLA\'s, KPIs and OLAs both internally and with external vendors means I have to ensure total immersion within my account and the contract. In addition I also manage a team of Service Delivery Managers, ensuring their development is aligned to their career aspirations and that objectives, performance targets and goals are achieved.
