As Head of HR, I lead our global people strategy and HR operations across our locations in Germany, the USA, the UK, Bulgaria and Singapore, as well as supporting employees based in Ireland, Spain and India. Together with my international HR team in the UK, the USA and Bulgaria, I oversee all core HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations and Compliance.I am part of the global leadership team, act as a strategic Business Partner to our senior leaders, and work closely with our executive management and internal Legal department to foster a high‑performance, collaborative and legally compliant work environment.A key focus of my role is applying a systemic organizational development approach, enabling sustainable change, strengthening leadership capabilities, breaking down silos and supporting the holistic development of our people and organizational structures.
