Leading the People Excellence function with 3 direct reports, covering Performance, L&D, On/Offboarding and core People Operations• Driving the ongoing evolution of a scalable, data‑driven People Infrastructure and modern HR tech stack• Steering the digitisation and optimisation of key HR processes (contracts, payroll, onboarding) to reduce cycle times and increase data quality• Overseeing onboarding operations enabling 40+ new hires per month in high‑growth periods• Owning and optimising the People Excellence budget (systems, L&D, culture, external partners)• Providing leadership enablement and decision support through People Partnering• Guided the organisation through major transformations incl. remote‑first evolution and workforce shifts• Built and previously led a 7.5 FTE People Excellence team during the company’s rapid scale‑up phase• Introduced and integrated core HR systems (BambooHR, Peakon, Leapsome, JIRA) to strengthen operational excellence• Served as interim lead for Workplace Experience (4 FTE) overseeing culture initiatives, office strategy and company‑wide events• Enabled +288% headcount growth (101 → 392 employees, 2019–2023) and supported Series A&B funding rounds• Co‑led two company‑wide restructures, including mass layoff processes, ensuring compliant execution and high‑quality communication• Delivered consistently strong engagement and retention through culture‑first initiatives
