Feb 2018 - Jan 2020 Sold and successfully led a Data Centre and Cloud transformation for a Multi-National Media and Telecommunications Company, which included: private and public cloud, cloud brokerage, Data Centre inventory, Server virtualisation, Target Operating Model design and Service management process definition. This was to support the clients vision of footprint consolidation, enhanced operational efficiency, leveraging cloud opportunities and structuring the organisation to deliver maximum value to their customers. Responsible for global delivery team of 80+ resources. Jul 2017 - Jan 2018 Accountable for the design and execution of a new engagement operating model across a global investment banks Technology Infrastructure Services business. The framework ensured that key stakeholders (c-suite) were engaged appropriately at all levels and that it created new ways of working to deliver the programme goals, and achieve the desired business benefits. Also provided advisory services to the Global head of transformation, detailing key insights on their existing blockers and identifying workable solutions required to successfully delivery their 140k seat collaboration services vision (Win 10, O365, Skype, DAAS).
