ABOUT LEA BACHMANN
Hello I am Lea, a multi-disciplinary designer who graduated with a master\'s degree in interaction design from the Umeå Institute of Design in Northern Sweden. I am currently the Responsible AI experiences lead in the M365 Core Design team at Microsoft designing responsible AI and tech user experiences while supporting our teams to adapt to a more responsible AI mindset.I have a background in both industrial and UX design and a curiosity for strategic design. My current biggest passion is to work on projects that look at AI & ethics as well as working on products where the digital meets the tangible.I have lived in multiple countries all over the world as well as great experience in working in multicultural teams.I would describe myself as a passionate and curiosity-driven interdisciplinary designer, who loves to create positive and meaningful user experiences for products and services to shape tomorrow\'s future. I am interested to learn more about new technologies, sustainability and ethics.I enjoy working with co-creation and in close collaboration with other departments, stakeholders and people that have knowledge in different fields of expertise than my own to keep me challenged. I believe that working together in diverse teams, learning others\'\"language\" and understanding their perspective is key to a good design process.
