ABOUT ROY WATSON

I am an Electrical Engineering Manager at Northrop Grumman, with over 30 years of experience in electronics, engineering, and systems integration. I lead teams of engineers and technicians in the maintenance, testing, and quality control of mission-critical equipment deployed globally for C5ISR advanced sensors and detection systems. I have a proven track record of delivering results, reducing costs, and improving processes, while maintaining an active Top Secret Clearance and complying with DoD and ISO/IEC standards.I am also a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Professional, a Project Management Professional, and a licensed real estate salesperson. I have strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, and I am passionate about employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and STEM education. I am actively involved with ERG\'s and employee engagement at Northrop Grumman. I also partner with non-profit organizations to develop and implement youth STEM programs. I am a motivational and keynote speaker, a mentor and life coach. I am currently pursuing an Educational Doctorate degree in Leadership at Liberty University.
