ABOUT QUYEN
Quyen Le is currently the Director of Compliance for Mikinok Enterprises, an economic development entity of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians of North Dakota. Quyen has been in the consumer finance space for over 15 years, starting her career in regulatory compliance shortly after the enactment of the Dodd-Frank Act. In her current role, she oversees all governance functions to support the company’s compliance management system and is a key part of the company’s overall enterprise risk management program. Having worked at established financial institutions and a leading credit bureau, Quyen has a deep understanding of federal consumer financial laws, regulatory risk management and compliance procedures. In a prior compliance role, she built a compliance program from the ground up, balancing the fast-paced demands of a start-up with the stringent legal and compliance requirements of the financial services industry. Throughout her career, Quyen has mentored teams, developed training programs, and advocated for a proactive approach to regulatory risk management.
