Le-La is currently the Senior Manager of Communications and Strategic Partnerships at Applegate, the leading natural and organic meat brand, where she-Leads the execution of strategic partnerships with influencers, media, non-profits, and other organizations that support brand objectives and marketing goals -Collaborates cross-functionally with internal teams- brand experience, social media, digital, creative, sales, research and development, and product management- to communicate the brand\'s mission and product attributes, elevate brand awareness, and drive sales -Develops copy for brand website, sales assets, digital and print advertisements, and media materials -Contributes to the creation of a crisis communication plan and development of an easy-to-use digital platform -Coordinates speaking opportunities for thought leadership, supports events, and amplifies communication through experiential marketing -Manages the workflow of marketing agencies and approves created materials -Mentors and assists in the growth of colleagues -Oversees and reviews budgets, contracts, and proposals Prior to working at Applegate, Le-La was an Account Supervisor on the Food and Nutrition team at Coyne PR where she-Worked in tandem with advertising, digital, social media and media buying agencies -Secured national and local media placements -Identified spokespeople and negotiated contracts -Executed consumer contests from developing rules and regulations to coordinating creative assets for brand website -Developed and tracked budgets -Planned and managed events
