My career integrates science, technology, business operations, and leadership with hands-on domain expertise across NOAA (NESDIS, NWS), NASA Earth Science, and international aviation programs.I have successfully led major federal portfolios up to $180M, managed 100–200+ staff, overseen multi-organizational teams, and driven high-performance contract delivery with Exceptional CPARS. As COO, VP, Chief Scientist, Program Director/Manager, I’ve directed business operations, BD/capture, solution development, and strategic partnerships while building & leading high-performing technical teams.My technical background includes satellite remote sensing, surface fluxes & ET modeling, NWP/land modeling, aviation weather systems, radar–satellite hybrid nowcasting, weather-ATM integration, and AI/ML-enabled environmental intelligence.
