Main responsibilities: learning programs and LMS admin (e-learning courses and LMS managment) I launched a Peer-to-peer program - Gtalks - since the start in June 2022 I helped to organize 22 sessions with a total of 5700 participants within the company. I manage the LMS platform at my company- tracking the completion of the courses- adding and freezing accounts- managing completion reports. I am responsible for coordination with tracking training activities and scheduling of global learning initiatives such as Bootcamps, excel workshops. I manage to pull reports and analyze data on learning adoption metrics and the impacts of e-learning courses.
