As the lead designer for multiple products, the core part of my role includes- Creating detailed and comprehensive design documents- Conducting regular user testing to validate and refine designs- Championing user-centered design principles across product teams- Incorporating technical constraints and feasibility into design solutions- Facilitating design review and refinement sessions with stakeholders- Contributing to shaping and prioritising the product development road map- Mentoring and supporting the growth of junior designers.Responsible for the design of five different products- Research Assistant, an AI powered assistant- EndNote, reference management software for Mac osx and Windows- EndNote Web, a browser-based version of the desktop software- EndNote Click, a browser extension for Firefox and Chrome- Refworks, a browser-based reference management service.In addition, I am part of a team of designers responsible for creating standardised patterns for AI features across all Clarivate products, and another team dedicated to supporting developers and designers with accessibility issues.
