   Collaborated with all community stakeholders to move a good (3 Stars) school into 5-STAR status (RI Dept. of Education) and the only public International Baccalaureate World School in the state of Rhode Island! Oversee the daily operations, the long-range planning of the Little Compton School Department. Serving as the point person for all district matters, I supervise the school principal and district staff, work with school committee members, and manage fiscal operations. District recognized by the Rhode Island Department of Education (RIDE) as among the highest-performing districts in the state 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and for delivering a superior distance learning/hybrid learning program when necessary.
