Based in the main hubs of the organisation (Leeds, Manchester, London, Blackpool, Newcastle). • I\'ve organized the Project and Portfolio Management team, turning in a more focused and robust, into the organisation strategic objectives. • Created a robust projects dependency mapping, allowing better priority focus, as a result the organisation became more efficient and collaborative. • I\'ve increased the Executives engagement incorporating a greater project status visibility through senior executive board meetings to discuss key executive and strategic priorities. • Projects has been repurposed and resources distributed according to the strategic objectives. • All the organisation started to be more focused to the strategic projects, improving efficiency and return of investment for the organisation. • The organisation became more collaborative and agile between different departments. • All new demands started to be prioritized centrally to assure strategic alignment with organisation objectives. • Among other responsibilities, project budgets, resource allocations financial analysis, demand management, capacity and competence in portfolio and project management.
