I am LaQuavius Deon Speaks, my career started at a young age. At 17 years old I made it my mission to pursue faith, wealth, and self-awareness with the belief that everything else in life would fall in place. As a young man I worked my way through college working in the quick service industry, Transportation industry, & Real estate. Today, I am a focused individual motivated by my purpose and passion(Duty & Economic Inclusion). I have many years of experience in the transportation and logistics industry as an apprentice at my father’s trucking company. For the past five years I have delved deep into the insurance and financial services industry. My aim is to connect and capitalize on the vast opportunities within the insurance world. I currently own and operate an independent insurance agency with multiple locations.
