Laura Dear is a Director for Spencer Stuart\'s Client Development Team. Spencer Stuart is one of the world’s leading advisory services firms. Laura was the 2011 recipient of the firm\'s Lou Reiger Quality Award for her outstanding work and professional excellence. Laura joined Spencer Stuart in as the Internet knowledge specialist within the Library Services group.
