I successfully secured an L&D Business Partner role in the newly-formed L&D team at Adarma. We determine training needs across our business units and the wider business, both technically and behaviourally, we develop and facilitate our own content and programmes, we have also incorporated diversity and inclusion into the function and have successfully expanded the impact of this work. In the role, I work with a wide-range of employees, all the way up to SLT-level. Day-to-day, I work on designing and delivering behavioural content, I work closely with our Go to Market team around their technical enablement and also behavioural development, I am heavily involved in our DE & I remit, embedding inclusion into the business, and I lead on relevant projects, such as reviewing our Onboarding and expanding our neurodiversity support.I am also an active part of our Social & Charity committee.
