My focus spans key areas including organizational culture, succession planning, talent acquisition and development, change management, performance optimization, compensation and benefits, labor relations, and holistic employee support services.I serve as a strategic advisor to the executive leadership team, shareholders, and board of directors - providing insight and guidance on people strategy and organizational development. I work closely with senior leaders to shape Biblica’s long-term vision, ensuring we have the talent, culture, and infrastructure to fulfill our mission and drive sustainable growth.
