Working closely with BT\'s global Cyber Security sales teams; Linda provides bespoke project plans, RACIs and Risk, Assumptions & Dependencies for new bids within BT when selling IT security products. Using her previous project delivery skills, Linda also provides advice to the customer and Cyber Security sales teams on how a solution can be best delivered to make it the best fit for the customer and also for BT. This role requires excellent attention to detail, ability to work to tight deadlines, flexibility, strong stakeholder skills, personal tenacity and logical thinking.\\\\n\\\\nIn January 2021 Linda helped to develop and launch a key business informatics tool within BT Security, called the Magic Box, under a self-starter continuous improvement initiative within her team. This involved working as part of a small team of just 6 people to develop and launch the tool. Linda lead the planning and delivery elements, adopting a Scrum-based approach to enable minimal viable product releases in a short period of time with incremental improvements made at each subsequent release. Since launching the Magic Box, Linda continues to develop the tool as the business requires; giving monthly management reviews, holding tool demos to new teams and managing the day to day running. As of April 2023 the Magic Box tool has over 600 users and has been accessed over times.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
