About Lindsay Ciancetta

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion work is not just my work, it’s my passion. I am driven by deep values of respect, fairness and integrity. I remember being a young girl, feeling puzzled why this world seemed different for people who didn’t look like me. Never could I have imagined that twenty years later, I would be in a career that gives me the ability each day to fight inequities in this world. Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience successfully managing, monitoring, and reporting on the performance of key workforce objectives in relation to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion; leveraging these skills to shape and deliver positive cultural change. My approach to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion is data-driven and people centered. I believe in using data to bring the story of people to life. Leveraging data visualization to inspire action for organizational leaders, and using advanced analytics to guide that action towards meaningful improvements for employees. My training in counseling allows me to effectively coach those same leaders when there is desire to take action, but uncertainty on where to start. My experience with teaching comes to life when designing bias interrupters for key talent processes, and in designing engaging, scientifically grounded learning for employees. DEI is not a new function to be added to the annual budget, it’s a practice to be embedded into every system that touches people. That is how we achieve meaningful, sustainable change that truly and positively impacts everyone.
