With over 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, and partnerships, I am passionate about driving growth and brand awareness for itelCX, an award-winning international customer experience partner. As Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, I am responsible for creating and executing the itelCX brand, ethos, and corporate identity across our entire organization, as well as leading our marketing communications and demand generation activities. In my previous roles, I have spearheaded corporate new business and client acquisition through devising and executing marketing campaigns across the US, as well as developing social media, marketing, and partnership networking opportunities for multiple departments. I have a keen eye for details and a creative flair, as well as strong skills in CRM, graphic design, and project management. I enjoy working with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver innovative and impactful solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our customers.
