Since my promotion to the role of DMS Architect at Pinsent Masons, I have fully immersed myself in the company\'s Risk program. One of my major responsibilities has been to implement the iManage Security Policy Manager, a highly intricate project that involves collaborating with various teams such as Risk, Business Change, Finance, and Quality Assurance. Furthermore, I have played a key role in the successful implementation of iManage RAVN, enabling the deployment of advanced search capabilities across all 20+ libraries within the firm. In addition to my project-based duties, I have also taken charge of overseeing the day-to-day iManage operations. This involved executing a comprehensive upgrade of the iManage client from version 10.3 to 10.7 across the entire organization. Furthermore, I have been entrusted with supervising the firm\'s iManage server upgrade from version 10.3 to 10.4. In this capacity, I have contributed to the formulation of strategic plans to ensure a smooth transition. Moreover, I have recently taken on the role of a manager, leading a team of three senior analysts and two analysts. Through this experience, I have honed my skills in effective task delegation and conducted performance reviews to foster professional growth.
