ABOUT LUKE BOWLES
I have worked in the Sport Development industry since graduating in 2014. Working across the County FA network in Worcestershire and Birmingham I have contributed heavily to the delivery of the FA\'s National Game Strategy during that period through a variety of professional roles. I\'m currently Football Development Manager and a Board Member at Birmingham County Football Association where I support the delivery of the latest Business and Operational plans. Alongside this I am also sole director of Sport Development Services Ltd which supports organisations within the Sports sector.Utilising the skills developed throughout my time in education and my professional career I have supported Grassroots Voluntary organisations. I have developed two FA affiliated grassroots football Clubs including one specifically for players with Down\'s Syndrome. Alongside this I have supported Leagues with their operations and business development. I\'m currently an active FA Level 3 Men\'s and Women\'s Referee and well as UEFA B Licensed qualified coach and FA Talent ID Level 2 qualified player recruiter.
