About Lauren Bortka

With over fourteen years of experience in human resources, I am a passionate and strategic HR leader at AVEVA, a global leader in industrial software. As the Director of HRBP for North America, I support the growth and development of over 2,200 employees across the region, partnering with senior leaders and managers to deliver effective and innovative HR solutions. I hold a PHR certification and have strong skills in employee relations, talent management, and interviewing. Previously, I worked as a Senior HRBP and an HRBP at OSIsoft, where I contributed to the successful integration of the two companies after AVEVA\'s acquisition of OSIsoft in 2021. I also led several initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and performance. My mission is to create a positive and inclusive work environment where everyone can thrive and achieve their potential.
