I’ve always been driven by one question: how can we make both work and the world more sustainable?My journey started in Human Resources — a field where I explored consulting, talent development, and sales, all with one goal in mind: to make people’s work experiences more positive, meaningful, and lasting. Over time, this curiosity evolved into a broader focus on Environmental Sustainability and Social Innovation, especially through upcycling and circular economy practices.Although my path may look a bit scattered at first glance, I like to think of it as a continuous process of transformation — one where I’ve learned to upcycle myself at every stage. Each experience has added new layers to my understanding of how human and environmental sustainability can, and should, go hand in hand.
