As the Program Director of Graduate Programs in Computer Science at the University of San Francisco, I lead the recruitment, admission, academic and professional development, and program strategy of a diverse and talented cohort of students. With 10+ years of experience in program management and international education, I have a passion for creating greater access and opportunities for underrepresented groups in STEM fields.I have a career coaching certification and a track record of collaborating with stakeholders to design, implement, and evaluate programs and projects that support the needs and interests of a multicultural audience. I leverage my data-driven insights, adult learning theory, and instructional design skills to develop learning solutions and resources that enhance the career readiness and outcomes of our students and alumni. I also foster corporate partnerships and engagement that expand the network and visibility of our program and our graduates.
