About Lauren Berger

An ambitious creative with a forward thinking mindset, I strive to bring big ideas to life through nurturing (and building) highly collaborative environments in order to produce first-class creative that speaks to brand values and aligns with company goals. I have directed photoshoots, designed and built websites, conceptualized campaigns, onboarded new creative teammates, held cross-functional brainstorm sessions and saw projects through from ideation to launch. Despite all of my achievements, where I really thrive is in developing engaging content through meaningful connection (within and outside of the creative team), my inherent need for efficiency in process, and an overall desire to constantly improve myself and those around me.
