Optimity Aquired Avagio March 2021Having filled various technical positions within Avagio IT, I have now made the move over the commercial side of the business where I head up the services department. My main responsibility and passion is looking after our clients and delivering more than they\'re expecting - the Avagio Wow Factor, if you like.Through years within the engineering department and roles, I have a big understanding of what is required of that department, enough technical information behind different tasks, and now the best way that can be applied to customer services. Another thing my previous technical experience assists with is being able to efficiently manage the team of seven engineers that are now under my remit - I understand their roles, meaning I can manage, coach and support them wherever necessary.Project Management and Account Management heavily influence my responsibilities at Avagio, which typically involves me ensuring that all of our clients are happy and receiving the service they expect.Through delivering exceptional service and support, we retain our clients with Avagio and in-turn build up excellent, long standing relations.Should you be looking for a new IT provider, please give us a call.
