Principal AI Engineer - IBM Client Engineering. AI for Code & Agentic Americas Lead. Application Modernization, IT Operations and multi-Agent AI Orchestration. Helping clients innovate using best practices from Design Thinking, Lean, Agile, & DevOps combined with Reference Architectures, to enable AI transformation at scale. Chris began his career with IBM Tivoli in 1998, building systems management tools, including the creation of industry leading multicast & adaptive network technologies. As IBM transitioned to the Cloud, Chris helped bring the Tivoli management tooling into SaaS and Cloud-native implementations – leading some of the first Cloud-native production applications running on IBM Cloud\'s Bluemix platform. He worked on Cloud DevOps tooling development prior to launching the IBM Garage Method site in 2015 and incorporating the IBM Cloud Architecture Center in 2016. Now he continue to help client modernize and transform by adopting AI for development & agentic orchestration.
