ABOUT LAZERICK M. WEBSTER
As the CCI Program Director at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health, I oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive and innovative program that provides intensive care coordination and behavioral health services to children and families in Georgia. With over five years of experience in case management and social work, I have a passion for advocating for the well-being and empowerment of vulnerable populations and ensuring they receive quality care and support.My core competencies include case management, in-patient and family counseling, resource pipelines, referrals, charting, comprehensive case plans and assessments, high acuity/complex discharge planning, care planning, patient transfer management and organization, interventions, staff management and supervision, business management and operational leadership. I also have a strong background in social and community services and case management across acute care, behavioral health, and travel environments. I hold a master of social work (MSW) degree and I am currently pursuing a PhD in health care administration and management. My goal is to leverage my skills and knowledge to enhance the quality and effectiveness of the CCI program and contribute to the mission and vision of Devereux.
