It is often said that the greatest of discoveries have happened by chance. This has proved to be true in my case. Although I stumbled upon being a recruiter by accident, I have since realized that it is more than a passion to me; it is a calling. Interacting with people from various walks of life, understanding their wants & needs, and matching them with those of the organization only begins to explain my thrill and joy of fulfilling and bridging these gaps. Having worked for over 18 years in a variety of domains such as Product hiring, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Storage, Cloud Computing, etc., I have developed a deep structural understanding of the TA Hiring process. This, along with my analytical mindset has enabled me to create, lead and implement innovative recruitment strategies for niche, complex & hard-to-find technology skills; filling a variety of senior-level, managerial, and executive positions and adroit at Competency-based Leadership hiring.
