I am a dedicated safety professional with a strong background in occupational safety & health, risk management, and employee well-being. Withs a B.S. in Sport and Exercise Science and multiple certifications, including the CSP, ASP, and OSHA Authorized Trainer, I specialize in developing and implementing comprehensive safety programs that foster a culture of workplace safety.Currently servicing as the Safety Officer for the City of Loveland, I manage citywide safety initiatives, conduct risk and hazard assessments, oversee compliance, and implement proactive safety strategies to minimize workplace hazards. My experience spans industries such as food production, manufacturing, and public service, where I have led safety teams, conducted training programs, and collaborated with leadership to enhance organizational safety standards.Fluent in both English and Spanish, I excel in communicating safety best practices across diverse teams. My expertise includes safety regulatory compliance, ergonomic assessments, emergency response planning, and incident investigation.
