About Lazaro Cabrera
I provided 19 years of project management supervision, engineering and estimations for petrochemical, refineries, power distribution sub-stations, R&D and EPC projects with a total of 26 years in the industry. I have designed excel spread sheets and databases in order to estimate, track project proposals & budgets. I reviewed all project drawings, specifications, and field designs. I have managed projects with voltages up to 138kv AC, but have hands on experience with voltages up to 345kv. I have provided electrical project scopes & direction for field implementation of engineered schematics, projecting cost, evaluated man power, build teams for field implementation and identified electrical material requirements for multiple projects and assisted with material expediting as necessary. I have also worked closely with client representatives, engineering and sub- contractors in order to achieve the mutual goal of starting up and running units in the industry.
