Helping to improve employee wellbeing, welfare, and experience across the contract by working closely with employees and contract managers. This involves understanding issues that need to be addressed and suggesting improvements as well as identifying positive areas or practices which should be shared across the contract and company. This role is helping to ensure that operational employees are engaged and supported effectively. As a result, this role aims to continually grow a positive work environment where our culture supports our people to perform at their best and thrive as individuals.
