About who I am as a person: I use He/Him pronouns and I live in the DFW area with my husband Daniel and our chihuahua Luna, our blind lab Conner, our mini panther Leah, and our orange main coon mix Lennox. I’m a self-described astrology fanatic, gamer, and bookworm. I love to learn about psychology and the mind and how it works and how I can use that knowledge to be a better person.About my professional approach: I love connecting with customers, growing with my team and peers, and enriching people’s lives! Training and Leadership are two of my professional passions as they put me in a position to be able to encourage, support, and develop amazing people and myself. Two of my personal passions that I’ve been so incredibly fortunate to be able to seamlessly blend into my professional life are mental health and mental health advocacy with Neurodivergent individuals as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion for all people but especially the intersectionality of the LGBTQIA+ community, people of color, and Neurodivergent individuals. I’ve been in Leadership or Training roles for the majority of my career branching from Clean & Luxury Beauty, the Food Service Industry, the Tech Industry with a focus on Connected Fitness by way of Contact Center Leadership, and then the Tech/Entertainment/Gaming industry by way of Contact Center Leadership with Blizzard Entertainment. Now I help to make your day sparkle with gorgeous crystal and diamonds from Swarovski!
