Lead identification, tracking, and communication of strategic goals and success metrics to executive leadership for a 100-person,$22 million Medical Office organization • Serve as counsel to the Chief Medical Officer, assisting her in understanding current progress, sentiment of stakeholders, and risks for workstreams from an upstream and downstream organizational perspective • Collaborate with the CMO on the management of a business-oriented committee of Humana’s Board of Directors, ensuring clarity of purpose, strong information sharing, and timely meeting topics • Support the CMO in efforts to maximize the effectiveness and impact of critical stakeholders, including politicians and policymakers, industry organizations, media, and peer groups • In partnership with CMO, manage executive administration in prioritization of CMO’s schedule and oversee operational processes, communication, and quality control of the Office of the CMO • Establish and manage organizational culture and engagement committee to ensure all employees, regardless of background or experience, feel a sense of belonging, inclusive, and personal empowerment
