Leading conversion from a Kanban to Agile process and migration from LeanKit to Azure DevOps Boards. Working with Product Management, Project Management, Development, and QA to implement Agile. Established a team of DevOps, Cloud, and Test Automation Engineers to expand DevOps practice and further expand DevOps process. Implemented Microsoft Power Automate flows and powershell runbooks for automation and integration for several workflows including integration of Service Now tickets with Azure DevOps work items, automated code merges based on work item promotion, and app service plan scaling integrated with Microsoft Forms. Implemented SonarQube for code security scanning and unit test code coverage monitoring. Implemented Octopus Deploy to define repeatable, dependable deploymentprocesses through the development lifecycle to production. Managed team of cloud engineers to implement multiple PaaS applications with multiple SaaS services in Azure using terraform. Implemented monitoring strategy using App Dynamics, replaced by Datadog, followed by Azure Application Insights. Produced single dashboard for enterprise system monitoring. Implemented Azure DevOps builds and Octopus Deploy to define repeatable, dependable deployment processes through the development lifecycle to production. Designed and supported strategy for database consolidation and automated deployment. Converted source from TFS 2013 TFVC to Azure DevOps Git. Created CI/CD build pipelines in Azure DevOps via Octopus Deploy, providing scalable and sustainable software and configuration delivery to a wide variety of platforms and services. Designed, documented, implemented, and trained development staff on git branching strategy and standard for a full Kanban development methodology using LeanKit. Implemented test automation using the Playwright framework within the release pipeline.
