I work alongside L-Nutra Health and the Prolon fasting mimicking diet toolkit. As the first official UK Nutrition Coach, and UK support network for other healthcare providers, I’ve been busy helping them in building out their UK network.The programmes have also been a fantastic add-on in my clinic where I have helped patients to lose significant weight. For example, I have had one man lose 9 stone and another lose 8 stone, and I also have the first two type two diabetic patients running the full 12 month programmes to put their T2D into remission using natural methods of healthy eating and low calorie set days of fasting.
