I\'m CEO and Executive Director of Education Leaders of Color. EdLoC is a membership community dedicated to elevating the leadership, voices, and influence of people of color in education and to leading more inclusive and sustainable efforts to improve education. Our goal is to dramatically increase the number of effective, values-aligned Black and Latino leaders in high-level decision making and thought leadership positions in our field and adjacent fields.
