This involves setting the tone for our brand and driving consistency across all creative assets, from digital campaigns to product designs.Team Leadership:I lead a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and growth. By mentoring and empowering designers and writers, I ensure our team delivers exceptional work that resonates with our audiences.Campaign Development:I oversee the creation of compelling B2B marketing campaigns that help showcase how Benevity transforms how businesses engage their employees, customers, and communities. These campaigns highlight our solutions’ impact and inspire companies to embrace purposeful change.Brand Stewardship:I’m the guardian of Benevity’s visual and verbal identity, ensuring our brand reflects our values and resonates with clients, employees, and stakeholders. This includes everything from maintaining design standards to evolving our brand to meet new challenges.Collaboration Across Teams:I work closely with product, marketing, and client-facing teams to ensure our creative efforts effectively support business goals.
