With over sixteen years of experience in operations management and continuous improvement, I am passionate about delivering quality products and services that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders. As the Director of Practical Process Improvement (PPI) for the Single Use Technologies Division at Thermo Fisher Scientific, I lead a team of experts who apply lean principles and best practices to optimize our processes, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency across our global operations.In my previous roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific, I have demonstrated my ability to drive operational excellence, team building, quality assurance, and strategy deployment in various settings and challenges. I have successfully managed the site operations of a large manufacturing facility, led the development of an operations excellence university, led work streams that enabled successful introduction of greenfield manufacturing sites and large manufacturing site expansions, and supported new product launches. I have also earned multiple certifications and awards for my contributions and achievements. My goal is to continue to leverage my skills and expertise to support Thermo Fisher Scientific\'s mission of enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
