Mentored and provided timely guidance to the team that successfully ran the LATAM expansion RFP that will deliver $7 Million in guaranteed savings over the duration of the contract, deliver significant value in resiliency, competitiveness and long-term sustainability. Collaborated with Procurement Operations teams to review SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) metrics for the quarterly Strategic Business Review to help drive better Supplier performance. Developed Portfolio management capabilities of the team.
