I advise companies on high-stakes accounting and reporting decisions during IPOs, capital raises, and complex transactions.I’m currently a Manager in Accounting Advisory at PwC India, working with listed, pre-IPO, and multinational clients across industries.My work spans IPO and QIP readiness, GAAP conversions, consolidation, and complex accounting areas including revenue recognition, financial instruments, leases, share-based payments, and business combinations.I partner closely with CFOs, finance leadership teams, bankers, auditors, and legal advisors to translate technical accounting into clear, defensible positions for regulators and investors.I regularly collaborate with cross-border teams across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East on multi-jurisdictional and multi-GAAP engagements.Earlier in my career, I worked in Financial Due Diligence at EY supporting M&A transactions, and in audit and advisory roles at KNAV, building a strong foundation across IFRS, Ind AS, and US GAAP.In addition to client work, I serve as a faculty with PwC Academy, delivering DipIFR and advanced accounting training to finance professionals.I’m known for combining deep technical judgment with practical execution, helping organisations meet regulatory expectations while staying focused on business and capital market objectives.I’m particularly interested in capital markets, complex accounting advisory, and cross-border finance leadership roles.
