   Leading the Business Excellence / TQM Journey across Group for 16 sub companies across India and China. In Phase I Six Companies undertook TQM / Deming Award Journey as Chief TQM Promotion Officer Have worked under Dr Noriaki Kano, Prof. Katsutoshi Ayano for counselling Tata AutoComp companies. Have undergone training by Japanese Union Of Scientist and Engineers in Tokyo Japan, in July 2019. Have visited 10 Deming Award Wining Companies in Japan and India for Bench marking purpose Have deployed Best Practices in Tata AutoComp Systems sub companies. Have Put up Tata AutoComp Systems on TQM Map of India Have encouraged companies to appear for the QCFI and JUSE Joint 5S Certification that is finally awarded by the JUSE. Two Organisations have got final certification from JUSE and two are currently having journey for QCFI 5S Certificate. Have guided, trained, counselled 4 Cycles of Structured Policy Management Have a UNIQUE distinction of Only ONE person in India, to have completed and experience of TQM Diagnosis by Deming Prize Committee for FOUR Organisations. Due to 4 cycles of TQM Diagnosis know what are don’ts in the TQM Journey. There are many consultant’s that know what to do but very few who know what not to do, I am one of them.
