I am a professional Civil Engineer with over 10 years of professional experience in highway construction, My journey in the road sector has taken me through every stage — from site clearance and earthwork to final road finishing and now large-scale overlay and rehabilitation, pavement engineering and asset management, My career has been built on delivering high-impact projects under NHAI mandates, covering the end-to-end lifecycle of highway infrastructure — from greenfield execution to long-term maintenance and rehabilitation. Road Construction & Pavement Work Hands-on experience with earthwork, GSB, WMM, DLC, DBM, BC, SMA, CTB, CTSB, PQC, and more. I make sure everything is done right — proper materials, compaction, thickness, and mix quality. I also manage hot mix plant operations and onsite quality checks. Project Execution & Maintenance At Cube Highways, I’m responsible for overlay and rehabilitation as per NHAI’s Concession Agreement. I plan, monitor, and adjust schedules to keep things running smoothly on site. I work with senior management and site teams to make timely and informed decisions. Planning & Progress Monitoring I prepare weekly and monthly work plans, track progress daily, and report regularly to management. My job includes making sure the work matches both technical specs and actual field conditions. Quality Assurance I check drawings and specifications and make sure everything is built as per MoRTH and IRC guidelines. I also carry out QA/QC testing to ensure good quality in every layer of road construction.
