   At Nationwide, I led a major data modernization initiative focused on marketing analytics and customer engagement. The goal was to migrate legacy workflows to a cloud-native architecture using Snowflake, AWS, GCP and Azure.I designed and built medallion architecture pipelines—bronze, silver, and gold layers—using PySpark, dbt, and Airflow. These pipelines ingested data from sources like Salesforce, Oracle, and third-party marketing platforms into Snowflake, enabling real-time segmentation and campaign attribution.One of the key aspects of the project was integrating Customer Data Platforms with Snowflake and Azure, which allowed the marketing team to personalize outreach and improve campaign ROI. I also implemented governance frameworks using Azure Purview and dbt tests to ensure data quality and compliance with HIPAA and GDPR.Beyond the technical work, I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams—marketing, actuarial, and enterprise architecture—to align our data solutions with business goals.
